SFCG Contractors

San Francisco Consulting Group enjoys many excellent relationships with independent contractors who take pride in their work and their independence. We ask contractors to fill out a profile form to join our contractor database.

Should you fill out a profile, you can expect SFCG to review your application carefully before you engage in our screening process. As our practices grow and shift, we constantly review this database and engage with contractors to begin a screening process that ultimately leads to focused project work. You will only be asked to go through the screening process if there is a strong possibility of impending work.

You can expect the screening process to include:

Interviews with 3-5 reference clients/employers
Detailed review of some sample work (if not confidential)
Confirmation of your prior work experience
Other items of due diligence that the situation may warrant

Terms of a relationship with SFCG will vary depending on the situation, but you will be expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that includes a stipulation to not approach our clients for work outside of the SFCG relationship and a nondisclosure that protects SFCG and our clients.
